The Obsession

Many times some people act as if they own you, your business, your time! Is there a problem with this? Sometimes yes. Just because your CRM is good its unfair for the people to act as if they own you. Its not possible to provide that extra attention, extra time, extra tissue, adjusting the change, free phone calls, etc. every time you come to my place. Sorry. CRM sounds great but not possible to get it every time.

I mean it. How would you feel about some one coming to your place and breaking a glass every time they come? At the least you would stop giving them the glass in the first place. Next time do not take everything for granted, even if it is a familiar place.

Please act as a mature customer and not as if you own it.
