The Need For Choice

Everyone knows you can’t have all. But the point is how much you are offered. The retailers should keep this in mind. Look at this pic from Candy Bar at Ohri's Banjara. So many chocolates and so many flavors. Kids have a tough time deciding what to take.

In a retail format the decoration, style, look and feel, the options and variety you provide differentiate your store from others. You need to meet the customer’s expectations, choices, whims and fancies. The more the choice the more chance for the customers to walk in.
